Considerando o rápido avanço da inteligência artificial, é essencial compreender como os educadores podem aplicar as suas estratégias para apoiar o sucesso acadêmico dos seus alunos, particularmente em ambientes acadêmicos onde muitas vezes há infraestrutura limitada para a utilização de recursos tecnológicos em salas de aula. A IA já está sendo um elemento essencial de nossas vidas, e sua influência está sendo visível na educação. O objetivo geral do estudo consiste em elucidar sobre o uso da IA aliado ao contexto das avaliações formativas. O estudo
é de cunho bibliográfico e por meio da prática de pesquisa pode-se perceber que o uso da IA na seara educacional se aplica não somente para fins de avaliação formativa, mas também para mensurar o desempenho dos alunos, detectar plágio e promover uma aprendizagem personalizada, considerando as necessidades de cada estudante.

The study is of a bibliographic nature and through research practice the use of AI in the educational field applies not only formative assessment purposes, but also to measure student performance, detect plagiarism and promote learning personalized, considering the needs of each student.
