O presente estudo tem como objetivo a criação do plano de negócio da Creche Aprender e Viver, uma instituição privada do ensino da primeira infância, com o propósito de oferecer serviço de alta qualidade e inovador para as crianças em cada faixa etária adequada à creche. A creche vai ser implementada na ilha do Sal, Espargos, Cabo Verde. O projeto é uma resposta para a procura crescente por vagas, tanto no setor público como no setor privado, e à necessidade de criar um ambiente acolhedor que promova o desenvolvimento físico, social, emocional e cognitivo das crianças. O projeto aborda conceitos importantes sobre empreendedorismo e empreendedorismo social, enfatizado o efeito positivo na comunidade, visando a relevância da creche para o desenvolvimento da criança, a importância da família e dos educadores no dia-a-dia da criança. Para analisar o mercado foi elaborado e aplicado um questionário, para analisar a perceção da comunidade sobre a implementação da creche, que vai ser uma grande valia no setor da educação da primeira infância, e que o projeto representa um exemplo sustentável do empreendedorismo social. Elaborou-se também o plano de negócio da Creche Aprender e Viver, que demonstrou a viabilidade económica para a sua implementação, de forma a atender às necessidades das crianças, das famílias e da comunidade. Ao analisar o plano de negócio observa-se que o investimento apresenta indicadores económicos financeiros positivos, VAL de 159 877€ e uma TIR de 36%, sendo uma forma credível que torna a creche Aprender e Viver uma estrutura financeira inicial adequada e com potencial de sucesso.
The purpose of this study is to develop a business plan for the Aprender e Viver Daycare Centre, a private early childhood education institution, with the aim of providing high-quality, innovative services to children in age-appropriate daycare groups. The daycare centre will be established on the island of Sal, Espargos, Cape Verde. The project responds to the growing demand for spots in both the public and private sectors, as well as the need to create a welcoming environment that promotes children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. The project addresses key concepts in entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship, emphasising the positive impact on the community, highlighting the nursery’s importance for child development, and underscoring the roles of families and educators in children’s daily lives. To analyse the market, a questionnaire will be developed to gather community feedback on the daycare centre’s implementation. This initiative will be a significant asset to the early childhood education sector, and the project serves as a sustainable example of social entrepreneurship. The expected results include developing a business plan for the Aprender e Viver Daycare Centre that demonstrates its economic viability and demonstrates how it will meet the needs of children, families, and the community. Upon analysing the business plan, we can see that the investment presents positive, NPV of €159 877 and an IRR of 36%, with financial indicators and is credible.
